All deliveries to UK mainland by Royal Mail. Please allow 5 working days from date of order. A signature will be required upon delivery. We are unable to despatch any orders on weekends or bank holidays. Any claims for shortages must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
If you wish to return goods for any reason please email us for a returns form. Goods returned in an unused condition, within 30 days, will be refunded. Clothing can be returned for refund providing it has not been worn . Refunds cannot be processed in the store. If you would like a different item from the one you ordered then return the unwanted goods to us for a refund and replace your order online.

Payment is by credit card basis via our website. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. In the event that your delivery address is different to the card address the card holder will be contacted to confirm the order.
All Overseas orders will be subject to a Name & Address Credit Card check prior to processing.
